The most likely place to find one of these items is in the vault of an archmage. The top magic institutes in the world have substantial departments devoted specifically to tracking down items of this rarity, and they strive to keep them out of the hands of collectors and other common individuals for fear of the damage that could be wrought if even just one of these items were to be obtained by nefarious criminals.

Here are a few examples, with more to follow.

Infernal Switch

When this switch is flicked by a person, one of two possibilities will randomly occur:

Possibility 1: The flicker will die and their soul will be transported to Hell, appearing at a random incubus's side. The flicker must then obey this incubus's commands for the rest of eternity. Attempts to resurrect the flicker or otherwise remove their soul from Hell will fail unless their incubus master allows it.

Possibility 2: A random unowned succubus will be summoned from Hell to the flicker's side. The succubus must obey all of the flicker's commands, and cannot endeavour to cause harm to the flicker, but they retain their personality and won't necessarily be happy about being bound. When the flicker dies, their succubus will follow them to Hell and continue to obey them for eternity. (Anyone who flicks this switch is guaranteed to go to Hell when they die.)

A flicker can push their luck and flick multiple times to obtain multiple succubi, but if they flick the incubus option once, all of their succubi will be freed from servitude.

Slappapuzi's Stick-on Snatch

A paper sticker depicting an image of a humanoid vagina. If this sticker is stuck onto a person's skin, it will instantly fuse with their body and become a flesh-and-blood vagina. The vagina is only skin-deep, as anything entering the vagina will be entering a pocket dimension rather than entering the wearer's body itself. However, the wearer will feel any penetration or stimulation of the vagina as if it were their own.

This vagina is capable of being impregnated just like a normal vagina. The child will grow in the pocket dimension, but there may still be some significant bloating around the area of the vagina as a psychosomatic symptom, as the mother can feel the child growing as if it was inside them.

Once applied, there is no way to remove this vagina without completely removing all of the skin at the point the sticker was attached to.
