Tifa the league owner

Very little is known about her or how she rises to power. Just that she rules it with an iron fist. She is tall, with very large breast and plenty of tattos. She most where slim suits, or buisness outfit. Sometime she wears a Dojo suit. She used be a Yakuzza boss. She still have connections in the underworld

She quite dangerous and a bit of sadist at time but she also doesn't fly of the handle. She calm and uses her voice to put people to their knees. She only shows her power when people get out of line or when she wants to play

While being a criminal she does have a bit of a honor system

Tifa was in a bathhouse as Jack walked in. She stepped out of a bath as a stream rise out her body. Her tattoo on her back seems to glisten with power as she turns to get a towel. Jack looked at her feet nervously

"Thank you for doing the interview" Jacky Said

"No thank you my Dear. I hired you because you are one of the best. No one gave you any trouble"

"No nothing I couldn't handle," Jacky said bowing

She bowed back

"Splendid" tifa Said

She snapped her finger and people brought them some tea
