Chapter 4 by dearnise dearnise

Which call should he answer first?

The phone call from the promoter of a comic con.

Checking the list of calls on the telephone screen, and confirming it with the corresponding application on the computer, you decide to take the call from the promoter that sets up & holds one of the world's top comic cons during the autumn season. The promoter may've only held their annual comic convention for four years in Los Angeles, but that particular convention has grown by leaps and bounds. You remember the previous year, seeing how large and crazy it had gotten, and you took hundreds of photos of cosplayers of all kinds, as well as the celebrity guests. Now they've called again this year, and you start to work out all the necessary arrangements to reserve your travel & hotel package, as well as a weekend press pass.

"...So far," the promoter tells you over the phone, "we have many high-end cosplay & celebrity guests scheduled to be there. Some of them are making their convention debut, while others are very familiar with you."

"Yeah, I've read some of those cosplayers' social media posts." You tell the promoter. "I won't be there unprepared like last year. I've bought a couple of new battery packs, each of them can last for up to over a thousand photos."

"Sounds like a good plan." The promoter tells you. "Some of our cosplay guests that are debuting there are international stars."

"So I've heard." You reply. "Some from Asia, some from Europe, and a cosplay group from Australia."

You continue to work out the arrangements, verifying the itinerary for your weekend stay in Downtown Los Angeles, as well as any post-convention activities available. Two years ago, you supplemented the convention with a trip to a basketball game, then a hockey game. The previous year, you watched a concert, then partied hard at a nightclub that was nerd-themed for the night.

"So I have a four-day, three-night stay at the hotel," you tell the promoter, "plus a press pass for the weekend. Is there anything else I should know?"

"That is confirmed." The promoter tells you. "The hotel has walls that block off most of the noise, and the extra money to pay covers any extra cleanup after you check out."

"After what the manager told me last year," you tell the promoter, "I can understand why."

You chuckle, then complete the call. As you hang up the phone, you can't help but remember those nights spent with some of the cosplayers that were still single--not just at the afterparties, but how they tapped into their inner Playboy Playmates and allowed you to take private, naughty photos of them. That wasn't all, though. The thought of those cosplayers that made out with you in the bed, gets you hard, just remembering those nights.

What happens next?
