Slow and Steady wins the race

If you remembered correctly, Achilles Giants were weak to the Bleeding and Poison effects, the damage output for them being a whopping TEN times higher than the average player. You look at your katana, and slowly, but surely, a plan starts to form in your mind.

The Achilles Giant, Anna Kim if you remember, uses the War Cry skill again, and this time, you're starting to get annoyed. It could be the War Cry affecting you, but right now, who cares?

You divebomb towards Anna, and she grins while heaving her sword up to hit you.

You grin too.

As she swings, you dodge the slash and slash at an opening in the Adamantine Armor, causing her to get the Bleeding effect. That thing was strong, but it wasn't perfect. She growls and swings at you again, probably trying to hit you. She must have really low DEX if she keeps missing.

You keep slashing at her, narrowly dodging and staying out of range when you have to. It's a long, and extremely harrowing process, but in the end, it's worth it. Slowly, but surely, you see her health bar start to drop. You keep slashing at her, stacking up the Bleeding effects until you see her health drop to below 25%. Then, she starts to exude an aura of sheer power.

Chances were, she was about to get serious. Either that, or she was ****.

You hoped it was the latter.

She stomps her foot, and the earth CRUMBLES, causing you to gape as she grabs debris from the broken courtyard and starts hurling it at you, making you dodge. You notice that her health is dropping even faster, she must have been sacrificing HP for strength so she could beat you.

Damn, it was the "Achilles Fall". She was ****. The only thing you could do now was hope to outlast her.

You fly around, trying to dodge the debris she hurls at you, constantly watching her health bar drop more and more.

10%...

5%....

3%....

2%....

A shard of debris hits your wing, and you cry out in pain, falling to the jagged concrete ground, nursing your wing.

You watch helplessly at Anna stumbles towards you almost drunkenly, blood pouring from her body like a fountain. She raises her blade and....

Nothing. Nothing happens.

You watch in awe as the sword falls from her frozen hand, her body disintegrating into petals of light, her armor and weapons both disappearing in a flash of light with her.

You stare, as the defeated sprite of an Achilles Giant fades away. And then...

DING!

DING!

DING!

DINGDINGDINGDINGDINGDINGDINGDINGDINGDINGDINGDINGDING!!!

Numerous level up screens pop up in front of you, as you skyrocket from Level 10 to Level 35 witnin a matter of seconds. Stunned you Observe yourself to see what you've gained.
