She gets cursed by a vengeance -- er -- justice demon

Writer's Note: This story is loosely based upon a Buffy the Vampire Slayer episode called "The Wish" and is set in an alternative universe in which the events of said episode did not take place until after Buffy Summers's eighteenth birthday. Just saying.

It was a typical day at Sunnydale High and Cordelia Chase was already kvetching about this and that and everything to some blonde girl Buffy had never seen before when Buffy happened to walk by her.

"Geez, Buffy," said Cordelia. "The same outfit again? You know, I wish you would just go naked. It would be a lot less embarrassing."

"Wish granted," said the new girl.

Suddenly there was a bright light and a sound like a bolt of thunder.

And then... nothing happened.

Or so Buffy thought until a sudden breeze prompted to her to look down.

My gosh, she thought. I'm naked.
