This tiny gem appears to glow with an Octarine coloured radiance and feels soothing to the touch, containing a small portion of the Stars within. This Shard can be used to channel energy through it, allowing it to be used as a spellcasting focus whilst attuned. You ignore half cover when making spell attack rolls.
Whilst attuned to this item you gain the following benefits:
You are immune to the Scrying and Detect Thoughts spells.
You gain a +1 to spell attack rolls.
You have advantage on Will or Knowledge checks against being charmed.
