STIMULATION reduction - "Cool down" action
As long as STIMULATION is less than 100, it will naturally decay back to 0 slowly over time if the target receives no further sexual stimulation during this time.
A creature can choose to reduce its own STIMULATION through **** of will, even during sex. A creature taking a "cool down" action rolls a D20 with no modifier. Reduce STIMULATION by the result, unless they roll a natural 1. On a nat 1, the creature instead takes 1 WILL damage. "Cool down" cannot be used at 0 WILL.
"Cool down" can only be used at 100+ STIMULATION if all sexually stimulating contact has ceased. If the roll is 10 or less, the creature loses control and cums.
