The means to create magic items of this tier and higher has been lost to time, forcing society to rely upon what relics they can salvage from ancient advanced civilisations. These items will never be found in stores, the best chance anyone would have for purchasing one would be at a high-value auction for serious collectors.

Addadic's Prosthetic Phallus

Requires attunement.

A clay sculpture in the shape of a humanoid penis with testicles. If a person places the base of this sculpture against their naked skin while they attune to it, the sculpture will transform into flesh and merge with the owner's body at the point of contact. It will then act as a fully-functional penis and testicles as if it were a normal part of the owner's body. If the owner unattunes to it, it will revert back into a clay sculpture.

Cunny Coaster

By placing this circular metal plate against their natural non-magical vagina for ten seconds, a person can detach their vagina and have it appear on the disc instead of their body. Where their vagina was on the body becomes a smooth patch of skin. The owner will still feel anything that touches their vagina lips as if the vagina were still attached to their body.

Their womb and bladder are still inside their body, but they are connected by an internal portal to the detached vagina. Therefore, urination and menstruation will exit the body via the coaster.

This portal also links the vagina's internal section in the body to the lips on the coaster. Therefore, someone could insert their penis into the coaster, and it would seem to disappear, but it is actually appearing inside of the vagina owner's body. These portals can work over any distance and even across different planes.

To reattach the vagina, simply place the coaster against the smooth portion of skin where the vagina used to be, with the vagina side of the coaster facing away from the body. The coaster will dissolve and disappear, and the vagina will be reattached as normal.
