Toss a nearby piece of scrap metal past them

You pick up an apple sized chunk of scrap metal and toss it past them towards the street. This catches the attention of Vosh who looks at the can, before looking back in your direction. You slink back into the darkness avoiding his gaze.

“Zake did you see that? I think someone just tossed a metal thing at us.”

“Oh shit really?” Zake clears his throat before drawing his sword and standing tall. “Attention ye alley dwelling metal tosser! Show yeself at once, lest ye face the wrath of my blade!”

Damn that wiffed real badly. I could play along but I’d be at their mercy, which wouldnae be great if they’re not as harmless as they seem. Alternately I could try and run for it.
