Give him head pats

You reach your hand out and gently pat Gilly’s head. Gilly’s head retracts but accepts your touch shyly. You gently pat his head a second and third time before quickly retracting your hand. By the time you pull your hand away, you see his cheeks have flushed a bright red.

“Th-thanks” he says avoiding eye contact. He slides a bronze adventuring badge across the counter to you. “Iyda Ironstag, Class: Fighter” it reads.
