Creeping into reality - Chapter 4

A week later, back in the studio, the camera finishes panning over Drew’s face. Backward tracking from close-up to three quarter shot of the new Vampire Pirate Princess. Drew grabs her late lover’s hat and walks away in the darkness.

“And cut! That was amazing! Thanks Drew, everyone! Let’s pack everything up. And a large round of applause to our future oscar winner!”

Drew wipes the fake blood from her face with the water wipe handed to her by the director’s assistant. She walks to Harry.

“So this is it? We are done with David?”

“Yes Drew, he is done...”

“Good,” she says smiling.

Harry scratches the disapearing marks on his neck. He loves his mistress but he has to get back to work. He really needs this movie to be his masterpiece, he owes it to the producers, to himself but most of all to Drew.

The actress feels good, the night is her friend. Since Jim hinted that the sun might drain the benefits of her feedings much faster, she started only going out at night. And it has worked, since the restaurant hostess she has only fed once and that was not out of need but to thank Harry for the amazing work he has been putting in the editing of her future success. After that, she did not have to put much effort into convincing the director to plan all the remaining shooting after sundown.

Back in the parking lot, she knocks on the door of the trailer next to hers.

“Yeah?”

She hates the man.

“David? It’s Drew, I think we need to talk.”

“Fuck off!”

And he hates her back. In a way, this is deserved, the production company decided that her character would make a much more interesting subject for the sequel than his. She stole his moment of glory. Maybe they could have him come back in one of the sequels. And then again...

“David, let me in, we have to clarify a few things...”

“Fuck off Drew, fuck off and leave me alone.”

“David, don’t be such a baby...”

But the man does not answer.

Another thing that Drew realized over the last week is that she is now much stronger than she used to be.

The lock does not resist her violent pull.

Only wearing boxers barely hiding a half chub, David appears in front of her. He looks mad.

“Drew are you nuts? Did you just break my trailer door?”

“I think I did, I just don’t like being denied entry recently...”

She steps in pushing him aside.

“You do have a bigger trailer than me. This is very nice,” she says looking around.

A medium sized wooden box, containing the perfect little coke addict kit, seats on the small table.

“And you were doing ****! With the intern no less... Shary be truthful, what did this monumental dick promise you to get you in his lap?”

“A job...”

“A job? And you believed him or you just thought that you could bang a big movie star? Come on, you know that, in this day and age, the only thing that will get you a gig is hard work, talent and dedication or... a big juicy scandal... Anyway, I honestly don’t give a crap what you guys were doing here but I’m starting to get a few ideas... Tell me Shary, have you ever been with a girl?”

As she monologues, Drew can feel David fulminating behind her.

“No... never...”

“Well that’s perfect, I have only started with girls recently, so I’m pretty sure that we can discover all the pleasures of sapphic love together while David here looks at us. How does that sound?”

“No... I’d rather not... if you don’t mind, I’ll see myself out and let you two sort everything out...”

“As a matter of fact, I do mind. She turns around looking into the intern’s eyes.

The shirt drops to the floor by the couch and while David starts to snort the monumental amount of coke in the pouch, Drew leans in towards the girl.

“You’ll see, you are going to enjoy all this very much.” She whispers before letting her fangs slide in the exposed breast.
