Part 4

“What the fuck was that?!” You ask Kristen as you both run, trying to find a way out of this room back the way you came. Kristen frantically looks around. “Was this a maze before? What the fuck? It was one path...”

“Kristen! We can’t just leave her we have to go back!”

“Ohhhhhh fuck that!” Kristen responds.

You concede, realizing you don’t have a chance, and continue following Kristen who is dashing around, with no apparent sense of direction. In what seems like forever, you finally find the entrance. Kristen bolts for the door, but can’t get it open. “Fuck! Locked!”

You turn around. “There are 2 other ways to go... not that I want to try either one...”

Kristen dashes recklessly into one, and you chase after her. It is where the scream came from. Great. You quickly follow to try and keep up, and find yourself wandering through what looks like a slaughter house, avoiding the people in costumes, or, at least what you think are people in costumes. You aren’t so sure anymore.

As your mind wanders back to Jade’s fate, a guy with a chainsaw jumps out in front of you, bringing your mind quickly back to your current situation. He revs the chainsaw, swinging it wildly, cutting you off from Kristen. Scared shitless, your fight response takes over and you knee him in the balls. He topples over.

“What... the... f.. lady...” you hear as you run around him to get back to Kristen.

Just a regular guy then...

You pass several other semi terrifying encounters, all of which seem like they are probably fake, before catching up to Kristen. She stops suddenly.

“Another forest area, like the other one...” you hear her whisper.

You stop next to her, looking ahead. The same eerie artificial forest passage is ahead of you.

“I... I think we should keep going...”. You speak up. You feel something...

an instinct...

drawing you inside...

“Ok...” Kristen responded monotone, seemingly in a state of shock.

You step ahead, slowly leading the way.

It is like before. An eerie silent gloom surrounds you. The same tree’s with holes which you expect some cheap trick from, but nothing.

You walk down the passage slowly, until you come to a tight bend. As you come around it, you find Jade laying on the floor naked.

“Jade!” You shout.

You dash over to her, and quickly take off your jacket to cover her. You shake her, but she does not respond. Your eyes drift to her neck, and the bite marks there. You gently touch them with your fingers. Two healed over scabs with red and puffy circles around them. “It looks so real... “

“It is real.” Kristen speaks up. “You saw his fangs, just like I did... he bit her...”

“Kristen...” you respond.

“She is probably becoming like him...” Kristen says softly. “Right now...”

You turn your head to her. “Kristen!”

“Come help me, we need to get her out of here”, you tell her.

Kristen steps forward, but then stops.

“Uhhh...” Kristen says, as her eyes go wide.

“What? Come on, help me!” You repeat.

Kristen steps back.

“Kristen! Come on!”

You feel it, then. A warm breath on your neck.

Time... seems to slow...

Two sharp pinpricks settle on your neck and goosebumps again flush across your body. Your pulse quickens, throbbing against the pinpricks. A warm and wet tongue pushes against your flesh in between the pinpricks as they begin to push in harder.

The desire returns. I want this...

Thoughts of penetration. Yes... bite me...

Of Submission... I am yours... take what you want from me...

Of Changing... you smile in your mind...

Jade’s hand braces your back, and you flinch, closing your eyes as the sharp tips of her fangs delicately pierce your flesh.

But suddenly, she clamps down with her bite, and her fangs sink in, boring deep holes onto your neck.

You cry out audibly from the pain, as tears trickle from your eyes.
