Charge right into the fray

That didn't work for more than a few times as the broken ground began to absorb your blows too well. The Wolflings lunged forward with their spears and swords, getting in lucky hits through your heavy armor occasionally.

Overhead, fireballs screamed into the ranks of the monsters, sending groups airborne and smoking. The density of the creatures made Theoron's AoE spells an extremely effective tool for mowing them down. Eliza zipped in to finish any stragglers while acting as a secondary tank to stop those that circled around you.

You receive a critical hit from an unexpected spear, taking your life down to less than 50%- but Aranel's healing was on point and brought you back to full. The battle was going very well, and slowly the party was pushing back against the thinning horde of Wolflings.
