Snow?

Just when you think it is going to be another scorching day by the fire pits something unexpected happens. It starts to snow. It looks similar to the volcanic ash that you are used to but it is in fact much colder and it melts when it hits a particularly hot one and it becomes steam. This snow started to happen a few moments before you notice this strangely dressed wizard or possibly a mage in fluffy red cloak, pant, and hat. This is very strange usually only fire practonors were red and it is never considered anything close to fluffy. Maybe you should talk to him or this could be some kind of trick to lure you into an elaborate trap, some heroes are known to do that.
