Chapter 3 by Wraithne Wraithne

What kind of Heroes appear before you?

Heavy Armor Human Fighter (Male)

You see a solo player. He walked in with no helm but had on full plate armor. On his back was a sheathed a great sword. His Armor looked to be pretty high quality for this area but that was actually fairly common. The guy most likely had a few high level friends... or he was doing a lot grinding. You watch as he walks around like he owns the place, as though nothing could hurt him. Curious, you decided to check out his level.

Level 6 Human Fighter

You decide to get a closer look at the Human. As you get closer you notice his chiseled features. Strong chin, dark blonde hair kept short to keep out of the way during combat. The style was surprisingly attractive on him. His eyes were a very interesting dark blue, the same color as the ocean. It was impossible to see his eyes from your vantage point, but somehow, you just knew. Just as strange, you seemed to instinctively know he would be a good sire for children.

You watch him scan the area, probably looking for enemies or traps. Unsure why you have this attraction to him you decide to tail him for awhile, staying out of his line of sight and also his attack range. You watch as he heads deeper into the Arid Wilds. As you follow him, you noticed he is not very well equipped for the desert portion of the wilds. His armor kept pulling him down into the sand and he didn't have enough water in his pack. Even from a distance you could see he was sweating pretty badly. He hadn't gone very far yet and already he had emptied out his water skin. His sallow skin and shallow breathing told you he was starting to get tired. He was heading into Orc territory, if he continued in this condition he wasn't going to last very long.

"Dehydration"

He was getting pretty bad. Soon he would be taking on environmental damage, yet still he was pushing on. How stupid was this guy? He was starting to annoy you with how mule headed he was being. The orcs would easily slaughter him...if you didn't kill him first. Maybe you could make a contract with him, he could become your master and you could help him do whatever it was he was hell bent on doing... Then again, environmental damage might kill him even before he reaches the Orc territory. He had managed to hold off the damage until it was getting dark. Crouched behind a rock outcropping, you watch the human as he sets up camp. At least he had the good sense to stop for the night and recoup. Since you didn't need to sleep or eat, though they were enjoyable pass times, you get a bit closer, being sure to stay in the shadows. Having found the best spot, you hunker down to watch over the human as he rests. After a few moments the human starts to talk out loud to himself.

"Fuck I should have gotten a party together for this place." You nod silently to yourself, yes he should have. He was looking through his bag when you look over at him again. He pulled out another water skin and drank from it deeply, removing his debilitating status condition. Next he begins to strip off his armor, revealing a surprisingly firm body, which gains your full attention. "Lighter armor probably would have been a better choice too." He grumbled under his breath. You watched his muscles ripple underneath his skin as he tosses his plate mail aside. His body was rock hard and definitely sturdy without being to bulky. He was the perfect combination of power and speed. The way he cared for his body said a lot about the man. He was much ore of a realist than other players, he didn't go for the obviously fake ultra muscular look. If you were being honest, those super buff boys were a real turnoff, how was looking at someone who's muscles were so thick they enveloped their neck supposed to be attractive? Maybe the Admins gave you a special preference for a more realistic look? His body was smooth and he had light skin that was pale but not to pale. The though popped into your head "I'm not sure if I want to kill him...or lick him." Mulling that over you, run over his form once more, trying to make up your mind when your eyes land on something. His under garments were unsuccessfully trying to hide a very large package. You own body responds unexpectedly. A unforeseen desire welling up within you. How was this possible? You were gender-less, you shouldn't such a response, it was pointless. So what was happening? Why did you...want him?

His voice draws you back from your own muddled thoughts. "Hmmm...if I sleep in armor I wont get the well rested condition... but if I sleep naked and get ambushed then I'll be at a disadvantage." He was staring at a peace of leather armor, his brows scrunches together in thought. A look you probably shouldn't find adorable but did. Looking at the armor in question you notice that it wouldn't make his sink as much as the full plate would. You also noticed that at some point, probably when you were lost in your own thoughts, he had put up a tent. The tent would protect him from the desert storms and the cold but wouldn't do him much good trying to keep out any of the other monsters.

As the night drags on you listen to him tossing and turning. The blankets rustle inside the tent and you picture him snuggled under the cloth for warmth. One thought leads to another and you find yourself imagining what it would be like if you were the one beside him, keeping him warm instead of the blanket. A near uncontrollable urge to slip into his tent and hold him close overcomes you, you manage to fight it off though your not sure if you really wanted to. Thoughts of the human plague your mind throughout the night, desires to caress his seemingly soft skin, kiss him from head to toe, discover every sensitive spot, every hidden pleasure. You didn't understand these thought or weren't sure you liked them.

You try to banish these delusions but can't seem to help yourself. Another rustling noise helps you to draw yourself away from your fantasies. You couldn't tell what it was but something was out there in the sands...and it was coming closer.

What appears to ambush our human and do you save him...or do you sneak in and steal the kill for the experience?
