A incident Nicole's POV

You stay in your spot waiting for Tom to return after a few moments you feel a tap on your arm. You turn expecting Tom but instead see another guy, he is one of the guys you ignored earlier but now he has a sleazy smile on his face.

He leers at you openly the look on his face makes you uneasy. He talks and you smell **** on his breath, "You ignored me earlier but muscles got your attention." It takes you a moment to realize he's talking about Tom. "So girl what's wrong with me?" He steps closer to you much more then your comfortable with. You back away slowly but he grabs your arm holding you in place. "Where are you going we are having a chat and I'm not gonna be ignored again."

"Leave me alone I'm not interested!" You try and shrug off his hand but he grips you harder to the point its painful. You begin to bring your foot back to kick him in the groin but before you do a large hand lands on his shoulder. You see that the hand belongs to Tom a very dangerous look on his face. Sleazy turns around to confront the owner of the hand but steps back when he is **** to look up at Tom. Tom doesn't say anything as he just continues to stare at sleazy.

Sleazy continues to size Tom up before deciding that it will end poorly for him. He turns back to you before spitting out, "You ain't worth the trouble bitch!" He disappears quickly into the crowd.

You turn to Tom, "Thanks but i could have taken care of it."

He laughs before nodding, "I know but this way there's no blood." You can't help but smile at his joke whether he believes you can take care of yourself you don't know.

"What took you so long to get water? The kitchen right there." You say this pointing behind him.

He suddenly looks a little flustered before answering, "I went to the bathroom, the girl in there didn't lock the door so I walked in. She lost it on me calling me a pervert so I had to get away she went postal. By the time I got back that douche was here." You laugh wondering about the girl that went postal more amused by the thought of a big guy like Tom running from some girl.

You look around the crowded room and feel maybe you guys should talk somewhere quieter. You look at Tom, "It's loud and crowded around here you want to go upstairs to one of the room?"

He freezes up for a second confusion and nervousness on his face, "Uhh..I don't know if..uhh?" It takes you a moment to realize how what you asked sounded.

You start to blush realizing your blunder, "I didn't mean like that seriously just to talk. Finish what we were talking about." He seems more composed now and nods simply. You begin to walk to the steps with him behind you you give one last look to John who is looking angry as another man sits next Miranda and all her attention has left John. You don't understand how she could ignore him but you can't do anything about it so you continue on your way.

You arrive in a empty room upstairs this was the third room you tried the other two had couple in various states of undress. You and Tom proceed to talk for almost a half an hour about many things. Most of it revolves around your feelings for John something you have never really been able to talk about with anyone else. It feels much more real when you say it out load to you it's almost cowardly. Tom assures you it's not he grew up around Miranda and its always been the same way for him.

You decide that if Miranda has never seen Tom and she is currently ignoring John she must just be an idiot. Two kind guys in love with her and its not good enough for her. No one does those things for you and that bitch takes it for granted.

You and Tom relate on many things you discover that for some reason its much easier to tell him things you would never have told anyone else except John if the situation were not so complicated.
As time continues on he finally stands up before talking, "Sorry i really gotta go to the bathroom i never got to go earlier, ill be right back so we can keep talking. OK?" You nod quickly a little disappointed to stop talking but what can you do. You sit back on the bed while Tom quickly walks out now in a rush.

You lie back on the bed and decide to wait. You sigh somehow talking about it makes the whole situation seem more manageable. You know you should talk to John about it but its so much easier said then done. You decide to yourself that you will do it soon no more waiting. Your train of thought is broken by the sound of the door closing. You look up and are surprised to see some girl standing there. What surprises you more is that she's topless.

She's very pretty with long black hair and a gorgeous olive complexion. Her breasts are a handful with pert little nipples. She looks a little surprised to see you there. She blushes but does not cover up. "Sorry to bother you!" She says it quickly slurring her words. You can tell fro ma distance she has been drinking. You just stare at her completely at a loss for words. She stares back before following your gaze to her chest. "Oh! That! Shit!"

Now she attempts to hide her breasts with her hands. You try to look her in the eyes but your eyes keep wandering on her body. You decide to ask, "What happened?"

She looks at you still blushing before telling you, "Some pervert tried to sneak a peak at me in the bathroom. I chased him out and crashed into some guy who drenched me beer. I went to the washroom down the hall to clean up some couple barged in getting frisky so I hid. When they left one of them grabbed my shirt from the counter. So here I am but I don't know what to do."

You decide to help her know that you would want someone to do the same if the situations were reversed. "Follow me ill keep lookout and get you to your car." She looks at you with relief on her face. You peek out doorway and see no one in the hallway so you motion her behind you and head to the back staircase. You know that it heads right to a back door around the corner which would be perfect for getting her out unseen. You reach the corner and see two guys come out of one room they cross the hallway and enter another doorway.

The girl tugs at your shirt and you turn to her, "Thanks for this! Seriously. My name is Lisa by the way." You just nod and tell her your name as you continue down the hallway.

Suddenly you here a voice from back around the corner, "Nicole, where did you go?" You here footsteps as he heads your way. You try and think fast before he sees Lisa you don't know how she will take it. You move quickly to the room the guys vacated and push her into it just as Tom walks around the corner. You believe your in the clear when you hear a bunch of voices come from the room you pushed the girl into mainly her screaming. You quickly rush to the room Tom confused but quickly behind you.

When you look in the room you see Lisa on the ground about a dozen guys standing around her. Smoke fills the air and you smell the obvious smells of weed. They are all leering and Lisa looks terrified she turns too you just in time to see Tom appear behind you. Suddenly her face is filled with anger as some of the smoker start flashing pictures of Lisa with their phones. Tears run down her anger and hurt filled face as she see's both you and Tom, "You set me up! Both of you!"

She quickly runs out the door pushing you out of the way heading back to the front staircase instead of the back. Before you can warn her she runs into the main crowd you here catcalls and whistles even from upstairs.

Tom is still confused but turns to you before saying, "That was weird, at least you won't ever see her again." You can only nod.
