Find the heroes

Where did they get to?
In answer to your thoughts, you hear twigs and branches snapping from the direction you just flew from.
"Come on! I'm not letting that thing get away," said a voice from below. You peered down through the leaves from your perch. It was the female knight and the priestess. From your hiding place you take a look at the knight. The knight didn't wear anything to cover her head revealing her short blonde hair. She changed from her steel armor and is wearing studded leather armor and leather pants. She's smart, you think, this armor will allow her to sneak around silently instead of her clanky metal. You notice A golden cross stitched into the armor above her left breast signifying her class of knight.
You cringe. She was the worst possible hero you could fight, a Holy Crusader. She's a sworn enemy of all demons, determined to purge the land of all your kind. Her sword and shield shimmer with holy power. A single blow from her will end you. You need to be extra careful.
"Shouldn't we wait for the others to respawn?" Asked the priestess.
"No, we're killing that thing," replied the knight sternly. "Now be quiet."
They were directly beneath you now.
You needed a plan of attack. You can't take them head-on and you probably won't get that lucky again.
"Damn it! If you weren't moving so slow," cried the knight, "we wouldn't have lost it."
"I'm sorry," whimpered the priestess.
It seemed there's some dissension among the ranks. Maybe you can use that to your advantage?

The two heroes appear to be stopping there waiting for the others to catch back up to them. You'll need to act fast if you're going to take their delicious experience for yourself. A few branches down, there is one large enough to at least take one of them out.
"If it ain't broke don't fix it," you say to yourself before climbing down. The branch shakes as you climb onto it. You freeze hoping they didn't notice. The knight is busy stacking wood for a fire, but the priestess looks up. Luckily, the leaves conceal you. You wait a few moments letting the priestess drop her guard.
By the time you start, it's started to get dark. The knight had gathered enough wood and the priestess set it ablaze with her magic. The two of them are just sitting near the fire not speaking and barely even looking at eachother.
You take out your long knife and begin to saw at the branch. Your arm begins to tire quickly before you're even halfway through it. You switch hands and before long it's ready. By the time you have it finished. The heroes below have a fire going and are settled in for the night.
Too bad their peace won't be lasting long, you smile to yourself and cut the last piece holding the branch up.
