Just as planned...

"Come-on, let's hurry up, I don't like this creepy place." Jenna states and the party moves a bit faster past your hiding spot, oblivious to your presence above them. When the last of them is past the niche where the last two of your brethren hide your hand opens and flashes down in the, 'GO!' signal and the six of you lower yourselves silently to the floor. You quickly dash up behind the Priest, spend the 10 MP, and slash at his back with your claws. Most of the damage is absorbed by his armor, but you are glad to see him topple over mid stride, paralyzed by your Ghoul's Touch ability, if he had not gone down that could have been nasty.

The others whirl to face you, weapons sensibly already drawn, and the pack bays in hunger, rushing in to kill and consume the fresh meat before them.

You however are more concerned with putting down the group of adventurers before they can kill you and yours, the feast can come AFTER that.

"No one eats until they are ALL down!" You snarl at the others, who even now have paralyzed the sorceress before she could do more than blast one with a 'Levin Bolt', which didn't even put him out of action, though he is missing an arm.

The Rogue has gotten behind the fighter, and is tossing cheap throwing daggers at your fellows, one of whom falls with a length of whetted bronze protruding from his eye. The Fighter is your main concern however: as he has just cleaved two of your minions in twain with a steel bastard sword!

Snarling at him you lunge forward, ducking under his backhand, spending the 10 MP, and knocking him to the ground! He isn't paralyzed though and punches you in the face with a gauntleted hand! You think you might be in trouble, since once the touch has failed it wont work again on that opponent for 24 hours, but then you notice something interesting: he's not wearing a gorget!

~Pawned a few bits of armor to get that shiny sword did you?!?~ You think as your sharp ghoulish teeth dive for his neck.

Blood sprays and the fighter's corpse goes limp, then there is a soft tinkle as the 'loot' sprays out from his dead body.

The Rogue runs in full retreat now, but the hallway only goes to one place unless you know about the secret tunnel that was added in the last expansion, and you all are after her with speed.

A few minutes later, cornered against the door to the treasure room which she doesn't have time to pick, she turns and faces you and your two surviving minions... You stalk closer for the kill, canny and cautious, when she suddenly falls to her knees and clasps her hands together as if in prayer.

"Please! I will do ANYTHING, just let me live!" 'Jenna 07734' cries desperately.
