Dining with Jessica.

The return to Hollywood that night goes pretty uneventful, since it turns out that both the restaurant where you & Jessica are scheduled to dine in, and the nightclub that she plans to dance in, are not just in the same area, it's in the same area where you & Jessica had lunch in. As it is now nightfall, more people were on the sidewalk, displaying their trade, dressed in their various costumes, or simply looking at the plaques of celebrities on the Walk of Fame. Once you get to the area where the restaurant is, the foot traffic lightens significantly.

The table reserved is strategically placed, allowing Jessica to sit in a position that puts her thigh pouch, which contains her valuables, next to the wall. Meals and drinks are ordered, and Jessica begins to gossip, while you wait. The gossip dies down significantly when the food arrives, and you enjoy your share of the meal slowly and thoroughly. A light dessert is later ordered after fully enjoying the meals, and Jessica then looks to you.

"You remember Rebecca, right?" Jessica asks you.

"The one that danced with you and Crystal one time?" You tell her.

"Yes, that's her." She replies. "The three of us are planning on a Mexican Cruise for the week before Easter."

"Sounds like alot of fun." You tell her.

"I've traveled to the Caribbean a few times before." Jessica tells you. "This will be the first time I've gone on a cruise. I'm so excited!"

"I'm sure you & the other ladies will have alot of fun together." You tell her.

"And we have room for one more." Jessica tells you. "I don't know if I want to invite either one of Rebecca's friends, or if we can get another dancer from the club."

"Whatever your ladies decide on," you tell her, "go for it."

"Thank you, Eric." She tells you with a smile. "If we decide to bring someone like you along, we'll let you know."

"As long as there's enough time for me to arrange for time off with the boss at my dayjob." You tell her. "I've been getting other offers from other parties to spend time with them on their Spring Break. Your idea of a cruise, though, seems enticing."

Jessica smiles, and watches you cover the tab for both of them. She then excuses herself while you work out the payment, so that she can use the ladies' room. Then she comes back, waiting for you to finish, so that she can walk with you to the nightclub.
