A large, empty facility lay silent at the dead of night. Within it were stalls, waiting rooms, showers, restrooms, infirmaries, and offices. But alas, it was all empty. Though soon, this would no longer be the case.

Outside, a man in a dark suit stood, cell phone in hand, waiting for an answer on the other end of the line. Suddenly, the simulated sound of ringing came to an end, and a distorted voice echoed from the small device.

"I take it we're ready?' the voice said.

"Construction is complete and the facility is fully operational, sir. Once we acquire the assets, everything will be able to proceed as planned." the man replied.

"Excellent. I leave rest to you, then. Remember, we need prize cows, and no witnesses. Understood?"

"Completely."

The call ended. It was time to pick out the first occupants of the aforementioned facility.
