Pregnancy risk can occur any time the appropriate fluids enter the appropriate orifice.
For each load of fluid contributed, roll "D100 + ((father FERTILITY + mother FERTILITY)/2)". If this result is greater than 100, the impregnation attempt is successful.
To determine the number of children conceived, the formula is "((father FERTILITY + mother FERTILITY)/2) - D100", with a minimum result of 1.
The pregnancy duration is then "D100 - mother FERTILITY" days, with a minimum result of 1.
In mundane scenarios, a character that is already pregnant cannot be impregnated again until their current pregnancy reaches its conclusion. However, this is fantasy, and there are plentiful non-mundane scenarios that can get around this to impregnate the already pregnant.
