The local hippie girl from a weird hippie family that lives on a farm just outside of town where they sell organic veggies and fruits and raise and rescue a wide array of animals. Philly owns very few clothes as she believes they are more of a constraint on the psyche; rumor has it she's actually a nudist and will strip down to her birthday suit whenever she can get by with it.
