On a 7-9, you find her in a public place.

You check the girls' bathroom for Jessica. She's not there, but it reeks of pot, you must have just missed her. You walk by her locker, the student lounge, and the guidance office (Jessica's always in trouble for something), but there's no sign of her. The bell rings, and students start spilling out into the halls, chatting, laughing, slammming lockers. Was your spare over already? Frustrated, you start to head back to your classroom.

Then you spot Jessica, in a cluster of other giggling schoolgirls. They're just coming in from outside, drinking slurpees, reeking of pot. That bad girl and her friends must have ducked out to go to the store, against school rules. Jessica is out of uniform as usual. No tie, her skirt too short, her blouse unbuttoned, showing her ample cleavage. She deserves to be punished, but the hallway is full of students, and even some other teachers.
