Normal Saturday Night

(Note: while this thread can be read as a stand alone it is playing off of the other chapters I have written for this story under the normal Friday night header)

You stare at the pile of reading you should’ve been working on all day that’s stacked up on your desk in the corner of the room. But after the events of last night really any energy you had left for schoolwork has been sucked out of you (pretty literally).

You glance over at the clock by your bed. It’s just after 6pm. Somehow you’ve managed between sleep and Netflix managed to cruise through your Saturday doing absolutely nothing. You haven’t even bothered to get dressed. Groaning you yourself out of bed figuring you might as well shower before dinner. A few hours ago your friend Salja had sent a group text out asking if folks wanted to meet up in the dining hall at 7 and you’d agreed.
