Mushrooms & potions

In terms of game function, these are basically the same thing dressed up in different costumes. Mushrooms grow in the wild and potions sit in bottles in alchemist labs, and either of them will cause strange effects in the body of someone that ingests them.

Both kinds can be identified with a successful KNOWLEDGE check, with DCs of 10 for common, 12 for uncommon, 14 for rare, 16 for very rare and 18 for legendary. If your roll comes out to more than 10 but not high enough to identify the current item, then you misidentify it as a different potion or mushroom which your roll would have been enough to identify. If you roll less than the common DC, you can try again with a cumulative -1 penalty on each attempt.

Once your character has successfully identified a potion or mushroom of a certain type, they will automatically recognise all other potions/mushrooms of that type which they encounter from then on.

Below are a few examples, with more to come in further pages:

Viagra mushroom - common - cerulean blue

Sets the orgasm threshold for the ingester at 1,000 STIMULATION rather than 100. While under this effect, the minimum that their HORNINESS can be at is 5. Lasts until the ingester orgasms 10 times.

Morning-after mushroom - common - black with a single pink spot

Terminates pregnancies if conception happened within the past 24 hours.

Fertility mushroom - uncommon - pink with white lines

Clears any current contraceptive effects and boosts FERTILITY to 100. If both mother and father take a bite of the mushroom, retroactive contraception such as morning-after mushrooms will have no effect on the pregnancy.

Barren mushroom - uncommon - brown with pink gills

Sets FERTILITY to 0 and locks it there for a week. FERTILITY cannot be increased by other effects unless this effect is cleared first.

Potion of Sperm Servitude - rare - creamy white

When this potion is created, one of the ingredients is the sperm of a single individual. When the potion is ingested, it creates a permanent trigger in the ingester's brain. Any time after this, if they receive another dose of the same individual's sperm in any orifice, they will fall into a trance-like state and obey any orders that are given to them. The trance lasts for an hour, and the timer cannot be reset while they are still in trance.

Virginity potion - very rare - pink with flecks of gold

Restores virginity of all orifices. Wipes memories of all sexual encounters. Terminates any ongoing pregnancies.

Potion of Grand Conception - legendary - translucent white with pink pearls at the bottom

If this potion is drunk by someone with a penis, then the next time they orgasm, their sperm will explode into the astral plane and travel through physical objects to reach all fertile females it can find. When they orgasm, make a pregnancy roll for every person with a womb within 500 feet.

If this potion is ingested by someone with a womb, then they will attract sperm to themselves, pulling it through the astral plane and into their body. For the next 48 hours, any time that someone with a penis has an orgasm within 500 feet of the ingester, the ingester makes a pregnancy roll. Can conceive even if the ingester is already pregnant.

An ingester with both a penis and womb will experience both effects.
