Memories flash before Nicole's eyes and she pulls away instinctively.

As soon as she touched her son's shoulder, her body felt like it would levitate further into the two, however, she instinctively pulled away with a gasp in time due to the sudden influx of memories that flashed before her eyes.

She saw a few memories of her son, some of which she was present except it was all from his perspective. Adding to that was the involved feelings of those memories. The biggest thing she felt was a sense of regret as her son wanted to find someone who truly matched his interests and understood him. None of his relationships lasted long.

This hit Nicole hard. She thought she understood him the most, even though she didn't necessarily partake in his love for various geeky culture and video games, she at least supported him.

Yet, the mother wasn't able to dwell on her son for long as she's **** to painfully process memories from Jane. She immediately understood that this woman was a sort of nutritionist with past experience as a physician. The woman was single having divorced her husband five years ago after losing their son in a car accident.

The sense of loss and pain the woman endured resonated with Nicole and as she stared at them, tears began to unfold helplessly in horror and sadness. In just a few seconds, she had to process only some memories and feelings of both yet they were exchanging memories, thoughts, and feelings more than she could imagine.

Only furthering her horror and then adding despair was when she saw the physical exchange occurring. Her attempt to pull her son away revealed a gruesome sight of their faces merging together.

Hearing them groan, Nicole's knees shook and her breath stopped. Soon, she dropped to the sandy ground and tried to scream, but her voice was gone and only the sound of whimpers could be heard. She could neither move nor scream, feeling **** to witness as the two merged together.

From their limbs to their central body, slabs of flesh grew and rolled over each other before compressing. Jane's one-piece bikini and Scott's trunks both became lost in the flesh before being spat out onto the ground.

Like a blob, eventually, there were no distinguishing features between the two as they began to be kneaded by outside forces. Any bone structures were completely ignored as if they didn't exist.

One would think that this abomination would be witnessed by others but at this point, they were still ambiguous dots from the main beach and the amusement park in the distance. Nicole would be the only one to witness this transformation.

Slowly, she could hear moans emitting from Jane and Scott in perfect sync. The flesh around the two began to define itself better and regrow a more human-like structure. The fused monster began to slowly tread with its developing limbs towards the ocean water.

Though it felt like she was witnessing hell for quite a while, the transformation was actually quite fast. Within thirty seconds of the initial touch, one could see the figure of a beautiful naked girl dipping herself into the water.

Nicole couldn't believe her eyes to see such an awe-striking brunnette develop from the fleshy horror that existed before. Seeing the girl tilt her head, there was no doubt that this person was female all the way through.

The girl watched the small ocean waves tickling her feet with a dazed expression. A multitude of emotions and memories filled her mind as she pondered her new existence.

Nicole, still shooked, slowly was able to find her voice again and called out to the girl in fear.

"M-my...son. W-what have you done...with my son!"

Nicole's voice was breaking and she could only think about Scott. Nobody else truly mattered at that point.

Hearing Nicole, the girl froze and her eyes widened as if things were starting to come together in her mind. She slowly turned to face the pale woman whose face was a mess with tears.

Smiling reassuringly, she placed her hand over her ample chest. "Mom...I believe I'm here."

Hearing a smooth, light voice with velvety undertones coming from the girl's mouth, Nicole opened her own in disbelief and she slowly shook her head in denial. Tears flowed anew from her eyes as she fought hard not to burst into tears or scream at the girl.

"N-no, this is...a nightmare. This isn't real...Where is my son!?"

Despite seeing the poor state of her "mother", the girl clarified calmly. "Your son lives on as part of me, therefore I believe I'm your daughter."

Continuing, she strutted towards Nicole, not minding her nudity though the pink one-piece bikini that Jane wore does not go past her eyes. Then, she offered her hand to Nicole who flinched at her close proximity.

The girl smiled sadly, wondering what could have happened to have caused Nicole such distress. She could remember Jane and Scott merging and the panic between them but after that, things became a blur to her. Although she had memories of both of them, she didn't feel a particular sense of self in either of them.

Therefore, in order to make peace with herself, she needed help from one she knows.

"Please mother, calm down. Things are still confusing to me as well, but...you must have felt it too, right? The exchange of memories between those who comprise of me. The woman, Jane is also a mother who lost her son but I can say with confidence that your son is not lost. We should figure this out together."

Despite her calm demeanor, the girl would be lying if she said she didn't feel scared but after seeing her "mother", she couldn't worry about her existence at the moment. It pained her more to see Nicole's hurt expression.
