The design of this tattoo is a white sperm impaled on a silver fork. This tattoo must be drawn directly onto the tongue of the target.
The bearer of this tattoo will be unable to taste food or water, and they will receive no nutritional benefit from consuming them.
The only things that they will be able to taste are the genitals and sexual fluids of other creatures.
