The wearer must slide this cock ring over their entire cock and balls. Once in place, the ring prevents the wearer's testicles from creating new sperm or semen, though they can still create precum to lubricate their shaft. While their balls are empty, they are unable to experience orgasm.

At will, the wearer can shift the size of their penis from their normal size up to just bigger than the size of a large adult humanoid's entire body.
