You start with the gear, which you begin pulling onto and over yourself to form a makeshit outfit of sorts. It's a cowl you've turned into a shroud over your chest, a pair of leggings you've torn as you put them on and a belt to hold it onto your waist, making it into a loincloth almost.

The rings are a little low level even for the level of the guys you defeated. One was a Ring of Heavy Blows, a 2% bonus to melee damage, and the other was a Ring of Shadows...a Stealth boosting item? On a warrior? What the hell.

Exhaling, you open your stats screen and check out where you are now.

Abilities -

Disorient [6 MP]: An Oculgre's stare causes Weakness (physical defence, damage down) at a 50% rate, affected by magic resistance.

Tunnel Stalk: As long as the Oclugre is out of combat and not in direct light, they are invisible to all sight skills, excluding Truesight.

Spells/Skills -

Rake: When makeing melee attacks an Oculgre has a 15% chance to damage and unequip a piece of armor. Chance increases to 50% on a critical hit.

Aside from a minor boost, the big thing was the ability to hide in tunnels...That was going to be handy. Especially in the dark tunnels like this. You raise yourself up and look down towards the deeper part of the caverns... it's time to head on.
