Banshee

Another hybrid, another threat! Beware of cries in the night.

Banshees are what happens when a Wight impregnates a hapless elf or rarely vice versa. Banshees are pale, faintly glowing elves with wild platinum blonde hair, pupiless bloodshot eyes, pretty much wearing translucent rags. They sulk in the country sides, rural old towns, or on the outskirts of elf villages. They usually cry and moan unless there's an elf priestess around or their fucking something.

These monsters feed on despair and their power is centered around misfortune. Some monsters may end up cursed if their cries are aimed at them and some have even been said to see the darker parts of the future. Being part spirits, they can do some things like the other ghostly monsters along with their own magic revolving around their cries of despair.

Wight raised banshee are a miserable lot that go around causing misfortune to gorge themselves on the psychic energy before fucking the hapless prey. Elf born banshee usually live as outcasts but can earn the favor of their village if they prove themselves in its defense. However, all banshee draw their strength off misery so the "good" ones tend to be weaker. Very few have been known to actually become priestesses of their villages.
