Hi All! Erolord the writer of this story here! This is where I'm going to start putting updates instead of flooding the introduction page. It's also where I'll just toss out random things I want everyone to know. If you like the story please check back once in a while to view the new updates. My end goal is to put a hard finish on this story at some point, and add more ways to reach that end.

With all that said, all feedback is welcome so don't be shy!

7/27/2023: Happy 2 year anniversary to this project! Thank you for all the love and support! It warms my heart to see people still coming back to this story two years after its original publishing. Never did I expect this story to surpass some of its inspirations in popularity! It will be a while yet before I consider this story finished, so please keep enjoying the chapters as they roll in!

08/07/2021: Some funky things are going on that are preventing people from progressing with game mode on. I fixed like 6 of em surrounding the tavern arc. The downside of me updating this story so quickly is I often leave mistakes behind. If you encounter a broken path that won't let you progress, or an option that just doesn't make sense, call it out so I can patch it.

09/03/2021: Hello all! I hope you are enjoying the story updates! Many people have liked the content surrounding the orc camp so I decided to expand in that direction. Updates might be a little slow in the coming weeks so I wanted to leave y'all with something you'd like. That being said, less frequent updates does not mean I won't been working on this story. There are still a lot of missing scenes and things I would like to expand on before working on the final act. As always comment on what you might wanna see in future updates and I will keep it in mind! Despite slowing progress on the story, I will still check the site frequently meaning I will be around. Thank you for the continued support!

6/27/2022: Greetings adventurers! As we approach the one year anniversary of this story, I am hoping to add more chapters here and there. Since my last update, we have also surpassed 1 million total views! Thanks for all the support and encouraging comments. Updates will continue to be sporadic for the foreseeable future but I intend to keep this story going.
