An Ornate Collar

The zipper slides down, opening the bag to you. You run your hand in. You have to be careful, lest she realize that you rifled around inside the bag. Everything needs to be right where it was.

At first, you are disapointed. Folders. Notebooks. Textbooks. It's everything that you'd expect from any student's bag. Maybe the notebooks have something juicy? Maybe...

Your hands bumps into the side of something hard. Metal? This one was worth a bit more risk. You reach in and grab the item, pulling it into the light.

You look at it for a few seconds blinking softly. Okay. Not what you expected.

It was a solid ring made with an exterior in polished metal. At first you think it's steel...until you decide it's too shiny. That is silver. It's laid over with a pattern all along the front that looks like a chain, but made from vines. Perhaps bronze for the material of it. The inside, however, is made from a material closer to leather. Very soft. Designed to be worn.

Your fingers trace the back of the ring. You find a clasp with an obvious hole for some kind of padlock. This was meant to be worn on the neck. It was a collar. A BDSM collar perhaps.

"Wha..." You start.
