5 - Dungeon Master : ERR_DESCRIPTION_Dungeon-Master_UNAVAILABLE

He stared at this. . . Dungeon Master? Before he could think more on it a 2 dimensional rectangle appeared infront of him. A screen similar to the stat block. It has "Yes" and "No" as buttons at the bottom with the text prompt above reading

FORM NAME?

He was even more confused. A name? He was a Necromancer. An NPC. He wasn't supposed to have a name. He stared at it a bit more before sighing and pressing YES. The text box reformed expanding at the bottom as the YES and NO options dissapeared. A bunch of more buttons symbolizing letters appeared with an optional Caps Lock. Whatever that was. He stared at the screen and wrote in.

Johnathan

He began to observe his surroundings as the screen went away. It was the same room as before. No crown though. . . he was in his outfit and all his peons were gone. He stared at the Dungeon Master ability and activated it. And suddenly he saw it- the entire dungeon. All of the hallways, floors, respawn times, enemies, loot and rooms available. The Castle itself composed of mainly the Entrance. A few hallways with no rooms. 1 Ruin which is where he spawned before now replaced by a group of Peons. Along with a Crypt for Skeletons and a ballroom for poltergeists that often respawned there. Past that was a large staircase leading up to the boss room- HIS room now the realized it. He was the new boss sense he defeated it. A sort of newly implemented "Mutiny" system where the NPCs if gained sentience can revolt against their dungeon master for control over it. He was supposed to have no more sapience but it seems he got through somehow. A glitch?

He noticed that he could change the dungeon with Dungeon Points. He got them by apparently sending his monsters out on expeditions and defeating adventurers. The Ruin had 7 naturally spawning peons, the crypt had 2 skeletal spearmen and 1 skeletal archer and the ball room had 3 poltergeists. He had a total of 500 Dungeon Points. Everything was. . . extremely costly. He could either create a new spawn room with a pre made monster for 500 dungeon points. He could use the 500 to send his Peons or other undead on a expedition or he could make at most a trapped or normal loot chest. He decided on a Trapped Chest and as he did so he left his body in a sort of ethereal state. A ghost- his body limp on the throne. He walked through his own dungeon door and down the steps. Past the ball room, and the crypt over to the Ruins. And making it so that the trapped chest spawned on a Peons back that always carried it. The chest was one that shot a low level fireball at the person opening it from the inside. Of course a mage could detect it along with a rogue. And a rogue could actually deactivate the trap to loot it. He filled it with a health potion and a rusty bronze knife that inflicted minor poison.

When he finished he returned back to his body. Having his first official out-of-body experience. It was. . . odd. Something he felt kind of weird about and didn't feel like doing it again any time soon.

Johnathan the Necromancer. . . That has no ring to it
