Teacher gets taught at an all girls school

Your name is Jane Doe and you are about to start your first job teaching at Cleopatra prepatory academy, an all girls school. It’s going to be a fresh start for you. Just as you graduated college your long time boyfriend Matt reveled that he had been sleeping with his roommates’ sister for the past year, ruining your plans to start your life together teaching at your old high school. When you told your friend April about what happened she called her mom who was on the board of directors at Cleopatra prep and got you a job and now here you are.

Even with the support of Aprils’ mom you almost didn’t get the job. Some of the other trusties had concerns about hiring such a young teacher, especially since you hardly looked like you should be out of high school your self. In the end your maturity and poise won them over. After the interview was over April’s mom called you over to talk.

Jane “I’m glad that you got the job April has told me what a hard time you were having lately.”

“Thanks Mrs. Stevens” you reply running a hand through your dark red hair. “I appreciate all the help you and April have given me lately. I just don’t think I could have gone back to my old school and taught with Matt after what he did.”

“Don’t worry I know how you feel. Aprils’ dad did something similar when April was in high school. I don’t know if she ever told you but that’s the reason I never got remarried, and I think that’s why April never had a serious boyfriend.”

“No I never knew. I always wondered why April never went out with any one she’s such a pretty girl the guys were falling all over her. She was always hanging out with the girls on the weekend.”

“Well Jane she always was closer to her girlfriends than boys. I know she had wanted to be closer to you but she said that Matt always gave her a bad feeling.”

“I just wish I had listened to her sooner and saved myself some hart ache. But enough about that, tell me about the school. April never talked about it much, she talked about her friends but never the school itself.”

“There’s a reason for that. You see Cleopatra prep is a very private and prestigious all girls school, our admission process is very in depth and only a certain type of girl gets in. The girls who graduate from here go on to the best colleges, get into the most influantional sororities, and then through alumni connections go on to the best jobs. Many of the girls here are legacies going back generations. What happens here doesn’t get discussed with anyone who doesn’t have any connection with the school. You signed a confidiationality agreement that ensures the privacy of the girls and their families.”

“I see, well don’t worry I’m grateful for the job and besides I’m not the nosey type any way.”

“I know, that’s one of the reason April and I thought you would be a good fit here. You will be given an apartment on campus that you can keep unless you find a place of your own. Also, the board likes all new teachers to act as a coach or advisor to on of the clubs or teams at school. We feel that it helps them become part of the 'Cleopatra culture'. There are a couple off clubs that are looking for a new coach if yo like we could go over some of the open positions now."
