The two local news anchors sat next to one another and the TV blared the transition music from commerical break.
"Tonight on the 6 o'clock news our opening story is about a new **** that has been identifed by local police departments. It's called Lotion X and comes in unmarked bottles. A recent sting operation busted a storehouse on Main and Rissoto ave. The DEA released an announcement decrying the **** based on it's highly addictive nature. They advise that if you are a parent, you should discuss it with you kids to prevent them from trying it even once.", The female anchor said.
The Male anchor nodded along and added, "Reports indicate that it interferes with hormonal balance in the body and can cause permanent damage. If you or a loved one has been exposed, the local hospitals are providing some of the siezed bottles as rations until a treatment is established."
"As we get more information from future announcements, we'll update our website and continue to keep the community informed. Now, let's kick it over to Mike for some sports updates.", The Female anchor said before a large graphic was projected onto the screen.
The TV flickered off as the remote was tossed onto the couch.
