The Student's Guide to Free Use at F&R:

The Tiers of Privileges:

At F&R Seniority is important and as one progresses through the years they have more privileges extended to them.

Freshers: Freshers effectively have no privileges and as such are only to be used. The administration states this is to allow their hormones to calm down somewhat before going into the second year.

Seconders: Seconders have a little more freedom. What was known as 'free contact' effectively amounts to an allowance to explore the bodies of anyone else in the student body. Although rare, junior students may exercise these privileges over their seniors. This includes masturbating themselves and others, (sharing is caring after all), on the premises, although there are certain limits on this. If you wanted to use someone else, you cannot do so during classes, furthermore, if you make a mess, you're responsible for cleaning it up.

Finalists: Finalists are allowed to have sex, although this too is limited. Oral, vaginal and anal are all permitted, however internal ejaculation is not allowed, (for vaginal penetration). F&R is ultimately a place of learning and while everyone is expected to be on some form of contraception, an unplanned pregnancy is often disruptive to ones studies.

Posters and Staff: Posters are students with grades good enough to extend their study extra years at the highest level. With academic rigor paramount, they, alongside staff have an exemption from use by anyone unless they invite use.

With the exception of no sexual activities during classes, these rules should not be taken to restrict any consensual acts between students, (you are all adults after all).

Breaching the Rules:

Any penalties for breaching the above will be administered on campus by referral to the Disciplinary Office (DO), or by empowered persons, (Staff and Prefects). Any of the aforementioned rules may be waived in order to administer suitable punishments.
