Capes, Tights and Masks

There is a war going on in Dream City. One fought between heroes and villains, vigilantes and criminals, doms and subs. One where truth and justice is not all that’s on the line here. The police and public are caught in the middle. They see humiliated and fucked heroes and criminals alike on a daily basis. The punishment for crime or heroism has become whatever the winner decides to do with their defeated foe. As things escalate further and further within the city there is a cultural change occurring in the world of superheroes and villains as the war continues on. What will be the outcome of this? Who will reign supreme? Hero? Villain? Law and order? Crime and anarchy? Where will you fall within this war?

But first, who are you in this city? Hero or villain? Super powered or not? Just an average civilian trying to live your life here among the chaos? Or are you about to be something more? Will you join these perverse battles? Just get caught up in the mix? Or do you have something more to do with all this?
