A Naive Wish

It all started with the stone. The power of it no one fully understood. Many called it in different names and spent life times searching for it. Many believed that it was a myth but secretly wanted it to be true and in their hands. No one has ever seen its real power for it was hidden from mankind a long time ago to keep the world safe and the secret was long forgotten. All remains were the markings and clues ancient generations left behind.

It is not just a wishing stone as many believed. It is the stone of reality and one can change anything in the universe and it is in the brink of being found out.

The one who is so close is Sister Mary - a nun who has no clue what she is about to do. She was always interested in puzzles and right now in front of her was a puzzle box which was so hard to crack and has no references in the internet of its design.

Sister Mary is one of the nuns who take care of the children in her church's orphanage and some kids found the box while digging in the mud. They were about to crack it open when Sister Mary stopped them and took the box. She is one of the very few who was considerate of the children and the children loved her.

Sister Mary is now sitting in her room in front of her table trying to crack the puzzle to open the box. After many hours when her eyes are feeling drowsy it happened. The box is open.

Sister Mary did not think that the box will be holding something she just tried the puzzle for the fun of cracking it. Now inside the box she saw something wrapped in a velvet cloth and a note.
