Post-Atomic-Designated Vault: 8069
Vault 111 was a MISTAKE. Vault-Tec's plan to annihilate the population of the surface so they could conduct long-form experiments on social conditions in utterly unethical and TBH unscientific ways, (since by the inherent nature of humans as a self-aware species, such experimentation is utterly irreproducible and therefore can not provide probative data for scientific inquiry), then repopulate it with their own people and build a new technological civilization to conquer the stars using what they had learned: was doomed to fail even before it began, defeated by a combination of their utter incapability to ensure that the wastes above would be fully depopulated of humans in a swift and efficient manner, and the completely indomitable human spirit that steadfastly and resolutely has utterly refused to simply lay-down-and-die through untold eons of catastrophe after catastrophe. In essence, Vault-Tec's leadership drank way-the-hell-too-much of their own philosophical Kool-Aid about how the financially successful members of society have proven themselves superior by their very capitalist success, and therefore "the poors", would die of stupidity without the support and guidance of the social elite. Yeah, the only idiots in that situation were the employees of Vault-Tec.

The Summer of Love
The year is 1967, the Summer of Love. This is the era of Rock & Roll. The Beatles, The Stones, The Doors, and Procol Harum are the top bands. Johnson is president. The Vietnam War is in full swing. Anti-war marches alternate with civil rights protests, often led by Martin Luther King. Gas prices are 33 cents a gallon. You are eighteen years old, you live in Springfield, Illinois, the state capital, and you're a senior in Springfield High School. You watched the television coverage of the Human Be-In in San Francisco in January. When Timothy Leary said, "Turn on, tune in, and drop out," his words resonated with you, and you decided to head to California over Spring Break.

A New World
Since existence itself, monsters and humans have lived peacefully and harmoniously in the world. Demons, fairies, giants, Elves and centaurs, to name a few, has been welcomed by humanity with open arms. That is, until the Royal Family starts to stir hatred and resentment for monsters, day by day, month by month until humanity turned their backs on monsters, waging a war against monsters, one that lasted for five straight years. And today, after five long years, humanity has won the war, setting a new, prosperous future, for humanity at least, monsters..... Not so much. (I'm a relatively new writer here so constructive criticism is very much appreciated. Your very own chapters will be greatly appreciated as well)
