Once the victim is fully deflated the skinsuit can be worn by anyone causing them to perfectly take the shape of the victim despite any race, size, or species differences and gain all of the victims memories while the wearer remains completely in control. If the user doesn't want to wear the skinsuit or have someone else wear it, the user can blow into the hole in the skinsuits neck causing the body to reanimate into an obedient puppet. The puppet can do anything and will know anything that it could do in life and it will obey any commands that the user gives them. However the puppet are completely emotionless and their eyes will always look empty. Whoever has the meteor will feel compelled to commit depriving acts even if the user is originally very kind. The acts of depravity can start out small and relatively harmless however the longer they have their powers the more compelled they will feel like acting on their darker urges.
