The showroom.

The elderly Japanese man guided Mindy through underground corridors that linked the estate's various wings together. Through a maze-like path that only he seemed to be aware of, Mindy followed close behind to avoid being lost and left behind down in this labyrinth. Finally, after a serpentine route in the dimly lit halls, the old man turned to a side door and took Mindy up stairs. This led to a side hall of marble floor and wooden walls, which then led to an antechamber where the head maid was waiting impatiently.

"It's about time. I hope she didn't cause you any trouble, Mr. Sakamoto..." Mrs. Winthrop said.

Sakamoto shook his head and smiled, "No no, she was fine." With that, he straightened himself up as best as an elderly person could and said, "But, back to work for me." He then turned around and left with just a slight nod to the girl colored gold.

Mindy switched her attention from the painter to the maid as Mrs. Winthrop looked over the body work with a keen eye, adjusting her glasses and leaning in to admire the amber skin. She looked up to Sally and asked, "How long to do I stay here like this?"

"Close your eyes for the effect to work and stay there until I come get you. If you hear anyone else talking, do not respond. You are a statue." Sally instructed.

"Yes miss." Mindy said, closing her eyes. She heard the clacking of Mrs. Winthrop's heels against the cold marble floor and the shuttering of the door opening and closing. Then it was silent. She was alone in the room, naked and covered in gold. She kept her eyes closed and waited.
