Tell them to join you.
"Nonsense," You say in disbelief, "You'll be joining me, set a couple more places and lets eat."
You can see Eve look at Anna as if seeking guidance, but Anna's not looking her direction, instead she is looking you in the eyes with confusion.
When Eve's attention shifts to you, you give her a nod. She quickly disappears into the kitchen.
After a few seconds, Anna seems to snap out of her shock, and glances at the kitchen door.
You step towards your chair and prepare to sit, only to have Anna push the chair in for you, then start towards the kitchens. She's almost arrived when Eve comes back into view with an arm full of dishes and utensils.
The two girls make the two additional place settings with practiced precision. Both of them seem uncertain as they take their seats, looking your way expectantly.
