Someone low profile.

If Rembrosea was right she could use her willpower through the necklace to merge Emily with another female partner. The problem was who to choose. She eventually went for low profile due to the fact that this was a test as well. There was a super model bikini fashion shoot going down about a mile out but that was still a long shot for sure. There was plenty of young blood here among the common people as well.

Taking in what she knows about the necklace she plans out for the long term slightly. She'd have to adapt Scott, her Mom and Dad in order to accept any changes she or Emily underwent afterwards of course. She bared in mind that she would have to adapt anyone Emily's partner too given what that partner does. If she is low profile this would probably be easy. Her Amber part is rich and could provide benefits to Emily given that Emily is her "sister" after Rem adapts Amber's family. Frankly that works in her favor considering Emily just graduated before this summer trip. Anyone who had college experience would give her sister a boost. Furthermore the partner needed to be someone likely to settle down with Emily to turn Emily into someone like herself...a fusion.

There was a dark haired Hispanic lifeguard coming off duty, an athlete with a C cup that would synergize with her sister and herself but the con here was the accent, as Rembrosea would have to adapt Emily's friends too to make things not sound wierd. There was a blonde with a C cup reading books nearby, looking studious and quiet, footing the bill to add intellect to her sister as well as looks. Then there was a red head with a B cup looking for shells on the beach it seemed while projecting the "wild card" description in Rem's head as Rem considered her. There were probably other choices too. She didn't just have stop at these three...
