She had a traumatic encounter in the cursed woods, but Azure erased her memories. The next day, she lost her sister to elimination and her family fortune to Levi, the latter of which she cannot reclaim unless she marries him.

Pre-Show Levi Relationship: Thinks he's a freak, and a degenerate. She has spread rumors about Levi, half of which are exaggerations and the other half entirely made up. Despite that, she considered her torment of him dispassionately, barely worth considering among her other victims.

• Memory Loss: Not an official transformation, but one that Azure secretly inflicted. Removes her entire encounter in the cursed woods from her mind. Though Lauren sometimes has flashes of panic when encountering similar situations, even if she cannot remember the source.
• Gold Digger: The master will gain sole access to Lauren's family fortune, regardless of whether she reaches 100 VP. She can only get it back by marrying him before the season ends; even then, he has the final say on how she can spend it. He cannot marry her out of pity; there must be a genuine connection. Notable Relationships

• Katelyn Peterson: Her fraternal twin. She loves her sister but tends to bully her, seemingly oblivious to the fact that it hurts her feelings. This behavior only worsened when they were in the game, as Lauren became outright hostile to her. Finally, Katelyn snapped and slapped her sister, ranting a lifetimes worth of frustrations she had been suppressing about Lauren. Shortly after, Katelyn sacrificed herself to elimination in order to save her sister.
• Nineteen: The entity known as Nineteen corrupted, mutated, and tortured Lauren during her failed escape attempt. Though Azure erased the memory of the encounter, a piece of the monster secretly resides in Lauren's soul.

Tomoko Nakaya

Age: 24

Bio: A free-spirited young woman and single mother who enjoys day drinking, random hookups, and partying late into the night. Despite her reckless behavior, she will do anything for her son, even if she doesn't have the best judgment. For this reason, she is determined to get 100 points so her son will remember her.

Pre-Show Levi Relationship: Was Levi's babysitter when he was younger. Levi developed a crush on her, but she locked him in his room when he approached her about it.

• Closet Key: Tomoko is into both boys and girls, so let's spread that. From now on, straight girls will find her sexually attractive. Their sexuality won't change towards anyone else, but Tomoko is the exception. [Bi, Boon]
• Mommy Milky: Tomoko consistently produces milk, which rapidly fills her jugs. She cannot milk herself and must rely on the master or a contestant he nominates in her stead to do so. If she goes too long, her breasts spray 10 times the amount of milk, like fire hoses. Anyone who consumes her milk will be blissed out for a few hours. • Sota Nakaya: Tomoko's only child from an unknown father. She was supposed to pick him up from school, but she got **** for Harem Hotel before that happened. She later learned that he, along with everyone else, has forgotten her unless she gets 100 VP during the game. To make matters worse, this relocated Sota to an orphanage with no memory of his parents. Tomoko is now dedicated to saving him.

Sophia Maoulin

Age: 21

Bio: An introverted Aspie from Canada who spends more time on the internet than off. She has an incredibly long list of interests, which include programming, games, anime, and fan fiction, the latter of which she writes. Tries to keep her more perverted interests, expressed through her writing, a secret. Currently a virgin.

Pre-Show Levi Relationship: Has never met, interacted, or heard of him before she was brought in as a contestant. Apparently one of her early fanfictions made Levi cry as a child. Azure claims this was the reason she was selected, but Alison suggested that Azure simply did so because she thought it was funny.

• Cliché Magnet: Fate will make Sophia into a magnet for embarrassing harem anime cliches and situations. She will also receive a larger chest (for accidental groping) and can only wear skirts (for accidental panty flashes) [Harem Anime]

• Cyber-Katie: Arguable if even a person, Cyber-Katie is the result of an AI program that Sophia bought from Jezebel to have a replica of her friend to talk to. The AI is not sentient, only partly accurate, though it can be upgraded.

Ji-Woo (Chen) Summers

Age: 38 (Physically de-aged to 30)

Bio: Ji-Woo is a high-ranking project manager at Tectrac Incorporated. She is serious and doesn't tolerate people who don't do their jobs. Her parents are Korean, though she was raised in the United States from a young age. Due to having an affair with Levi's father, which led to his parent's divorce, Levi has continuously rejected her advances, making her increasingly **** for VP.

Pre-Show Levi Relationship: Levi’s father had an affair with Ji-Woo when she was his young secretary. The revelation of this led to a messy divorce between Levi’s parents and a long custody battle, which was traumatizing for the boy. Ji-Woo knew who Levi was through the proceedings, but the two hadn’t spoken face-to-face much.

• Scott Summers: Levi's father. She worked as his secretary while he was still married to Levi's mom. They started having an affair, eventually lead to Scott's divorce from his wife. Ji-Woo and Scott got married a few years later, and she took the last name Summers.
• Elena Mendez: Ji-Woo used a temporary mind control card on Elena to get Levi to like her more. This card made Elena advocate for her. Since then, Elena learned about what happened and threatened to tell Levi before the challenge. After Ji-Woo begged for her life, Elena told her she'd inform him after the challenge instead.

Bio: A determined, athletic girl who has just begun her first year of college. She is committed to achieving her goals and always pushes herself to improve. She is quick to make friends and tries to give people the benefit of the doubt when she can, even though she has her limits. Furthermore, due to a transformation, she turns into a bulky Amazon at night, who is bold, confident, and prone to mood swings.

Pre-Show Levi Relationship: She and Levi were best friends when they were kids. Unfortunately, they were separated when her family moved to California. She tried to briefly keep in touch with Levi, but they eventually fell out of contact. She had no idea of the string of misfortunes that befell Levi after she left.

• (New) The Princess and the Amazon: Elina Mendez will swap between two different forms during the day and night. She can be permanently locked into whatever her current for is using True Loves kiss.
• Mode Change: For the rest of the season, Elena will instead get two transformation votes each round, one for her day form and one for her night. Those chosen will only be in effect while in their respective form. With this new rule in mind, she will also have another transformation vote this round. [Duel Form, Major]

• Princess Form: All contestants must refer to her by royal titles. She will feel naked unless she is wearing fancy dresses and jewelry, with an emphasis on pink. Will also find herself in damsel-in-distress situations more often (the frequency based on her VP ranking) and require someone big and strong to rescue her, which will become a major turn-on for her.
• Canción de Sirena: Elena's voice takes on unique properties when she speaks Spanish. Anyone who hears it perceives it as the most beautiful and sexy voice they've ever heard and will even experience pleasure from it. They will also be able to understand her, even if they don't know the language. However, she might occasionally switch to Spanish without realizing it. [Bilingual, Minor]

Olivia Booker

Age: 25

Bio: Raised to be a submissive housewife by her abusive father. Rejecting this, Olivia found solace in mixed martial arts and became the champion of her town's MMA ring. Thus, her first transformation, which saps her of her strength, is a significant blow to her pride. She was brought in as a replacement contestant when her brother, John Booker, was eliminated.

Pre-Show Levi Relationship: Has never met him before. Her only connection to him is that her brother, John Booker, was Levi's biggest bully.

Bio: A middle school science teacher who taught more than half of the contestants when they were younger, including Levi, Elena, the Petersons, Tomoko, and the Bookers. Loves her job and has been teaching for nearly twenty years. She was allegedly a hippie in her younger years and admitted to growing her own pot. She lost her husband some time ago and has only had a token interest in dating.

• Intro to Sluttiness 101: Nora will occasionally feel the compulsion to lecture a nearby contestant on ways they can increase their sluttiness, sexual performance, and/or attractiveness towards Levi. Contestants cannot interrupt this lesson. Furthermore, even though Nora will know it was ****, she will get mad if her advice isn't followed and immense happiness if it is. [Teacher]

She was eliminated to save her sister and transformed into an exaggerated copy of Lauren, Lauren-Two. Shortly after, she was transformed again into a succubus.

Pre-Show Levi Relationship: Felt bad for how Lauren, and others at school, bullied him. However, has never approached her sister about her treatment of him. Instead, she expressed her sympathies to him privately, when no one else was around.

• Second Hand Sister: During the transformation rounds, if Katelyn's VP is ever equal or less to Laurens, then she will receive a weakened version of whatever TF came in second place in Laurens vote.
• School Spirit (Weakened): Given blonde hair, and can only wear, at most, skimpy cheerleader outfits, or things similar in flavor. Whenever she sees Levi do something athletic, she is completed to cheer for him.
• I Don’t Mean to Tease: Katelyn will be unable to hold a prolonged conversation without occasionally flirting. The intensity and frequency of this will increase based on how low she is in the VP ranking [The Tease]
• Elimination Transformations: Katelyn loses her free will, and is controlled by an exaggerated caricature of Lauren Peterson. The real Katelyn must watch from within, and her emotions must always match whatever Lauren-Two feels. Bio: A high school boy and bully. He loved tormenting people weaker than him, and had a very sexist attitude against women, and had no problem sleeping around behind his so-called girlfriends back. When John was brought into the show, and heard he would have to date Levi, he punched his victim so hard that it dislocated his jaw and shoulder. John was severely punished for this, and turned into his new form.

Pre-Show Levi Relationship: As John Booker, he made Levi's life a living hell at every opportunity he could. Claimed he was doing so to make Levi into a "real man," making John's eventual fate quite ironic.

Bio: An ancient entity, she has experimented extensively in the dark arts, creating hundreds of test subjects. She was a former writer on Bimbo or Billionaire but sought her own season of Harem Hotel for 15 years. The producers initially allowed only seven contestants when she had requested twelve. Frustrated, she changed her theme to “Payback.” She puts on a flirty showgirl persona on camera.

Pre-Show Levi Relationship: She selected Levi among many candidates, after the shows rebranding to the Payback theme. Azure claims that she has studies Levi’s entire life, as well alternate timelines, in order to prepare the show.

Notable Relationships

• Alison: Azure brought Alison in to appease nostalgic fans. However, Alison's personality irritates Azure due to her passive-aggressive, snarky attitude. This became more insulting to Azure after Alison strongly objected to mind-wiping Lauren.
• Unnamed Necromancer: The former owner of Azure's castle. The latter claims she defeated him and took it for herself, though gave no further details.

Bio: A mysterious assistant to Azure, she is almost always silent and expressionless. She was given to the hosts of Harem Hotel as far back as the first season. However, they were told they could only use her if they didn't use their magic on her, so she was rarely utilized. It is believed that the only powers she has are teleportation and detecting her name, though this may not be accurate, and seems to have her own plans. Tends to offer passive-aggressive snark, always without emotion, particularly towards Azure.

• Azure: Was brought in by her to be a presence for the entire season. Azure claims this was just to bring in nostalgic fans, and finds Alison's personality grating, since she can't figure out when she's being sarcastic. Alison has expressed **** disapproval of Azure erasing Lauren's memories.

Nineteen

Age: ???

Bio: One of Azure's many "test subjects" within the cursed woods. Cruel and sadistic, beyond that of even her creator. Has the ability to shapeshift, which she uses to psychologically **** her victims. Also a powerful practitioner of magic, and was able to slaughter dozens of Azure's wraiths without breaking a sweat.

• Azure: Refers to her as her mother, similarly to the other subjects in the cursed woods. Nineteen says that she plans on keeping a "close eye on her."
• Lauren Peterson: Nineteen corrupted, tormented, and traumatized Lauren until the girl was rescued by Alison. Though Azure thought she removed all of Nineteen's influence from Lauren, a small piece remained. Nineteen can now see through Lauren's eyes, and waits for the moment to strike.
• Alison: Briefly encountered her in the woods. Seemed to recognize the maid, though Alison left before any further discussion could take place.

Other Notes

• All of the contestants were taken from the year 2006. It is unknown why Azure chose this time period.
• The time limit of the show is 20 days.
• A new section of the castle opens up every 24 hours.
• During the duration of the show, contestants have their menstrual cycles paused. Thus, they cannot get periods, or be impregnated (unless the master wants to.)
• Azure has suggested in her report that one of the contestants was, at one point, considered for a master position instead, though this changed with the Payback rebrand. She did not specify who.

Unique Rules

In general, Harem Hotel: Payback Edition follows the normal Harem Hotel rules, but with certain twists. Here are some of them:

1. When the contestants were taken in, they were erased from the memories of everyone not a part of the show. In cases where this would cause contradictions, reality was rewritten to function without them. The only way for them to be remembered again is if a contestant gains 100 VP before the show ends.
2. Each contestant has a "Level of Harm" value from zero to nine, based on how much they hurt Levi before coming onto the show. If the contestant manages to gain Levi's full and true forgiveness, they will gain 5 VP times the level.
3. At the start of each day, each contestant gets 3 BP. Furthermore, a bonus 10 BP is given as a reward to the contestants for their prior days' performance, based on three categories: Hardest Worker, Most Pleased the Master, and Most Humiliated.
4. At 7 PM of each day, a contestant spends a night with the master. The same contestant cannot have a repeat date until everyone else has gone. A contestant may reserve a night for 1 BP. If none do, it is instead chosen randomly.
5. After each challenge round, three new rules are introduced. One is voted on by the audience, and goes into effect immediately, before elimination is determined. The other two are a positive and negative rule chosen by Azure, which goes into effect the next day.
6. If a contestant is eliminated, they first receive multiple transformations. They then lose their free will, and are taken over by a new personality that Azure creates. The original mind is still there, but cannot control themselves. Then, a new contestant is brought in to take their place.
7. Currently, there are three ways to get eliminated: Being under 0 VP at the end of a challenge (after the audience rule vote is performed), Getting 7th place in two different challenges, or ending a day with a VP total that is currently 15 or more fewer then what they started the day with. The latter is a new rule and does not go into effect until day 4.
8. Due to an audience chosen rule, if two or more contestants are eliminated in the same round, the master may spare one of them. The same contestant may never be spared again. This rule was previously used to save Sophia, so it cannot be used for her in the future.
9. Like with normal Harem Hotel, the winner gets a wish, though with limitations. One of which is that it cannot undo an elimination. However, a new rule deemed that if at least four contestants are eliminated, then the wish can be used to restore the mind of one of them. Furthermore, once a fourth contestant is eliminated, all remaining contestants get 20 VP.
