Bloodsport

In the time that had passed on the drive, night had come along with the light pitter-patter of rain, down the You went, down the hill on the outskirts of the City, where the Shadow of the mansion stood tall and proud.

Closer and closer You drew, emerging from the dark streets and into the small wooded road that led down to the Mansion Gates. Blue-Drake Manor was the biggest house on the City outskirts, a family home that had been in Your clan for generations, Your room at the top floor being the only place that made You feel completely and utterly safe.

You still had memories, memories of Your mother singing to You, of course, You were only a baby then and Diana would ridicule You saying that it was impossible but... You knew it was her. And yet when the tall building, tall and proud, You immediately knew that something was wrong.

Pulling right through the gate... which was wide open, Jane began to look even more concerned when she saw all of the cars outside of Your house, Land rovers, all black and parked clumsily in random spots on the porch "The hell is this, it looks like someone had a car meet outside Your house?" as much as she was freaked out, You were eager to get out of the car, telling her to stop as You threw Your weakened form out of the Vehicle "Charlie, Wait!"

7,8,9... all 10 of Dad's security guys, and You were pretty sure that Boris' Jeep at the end there, Your gut feeling was right, something was wrong, something was very wrong.

You moved as fast as Your legs could carry You, as sick and dizzy as You felt, the panic that raged within seemed to prevent You from falling over from exhaustion. Up the Mansion's steps You went, body heavy, chest heaving, reaching the top gasping for air and feeling like You were gonna throw up.

"Christ, will You wait up I..." Jane started as she caught up to You, though her words trailed off, stood in shock as she looked ahead. The large double doors to the Manor were open wide, allowing You to see in full, the massacre that lay in Your family home. slowly You walked through, seeing body's that littered the large hall, corpses left and right, beaten and slashed, torn apart, blood... so much blood, splattered on the walls, soaked into the carpet, a severed arm hung from the white crystal chandler, now stained, dripping with sanguine.

"C-Charlie..." Jane muttered, her eyes watering and her skin going pale "Oh my God." You knew them, all of them, Seven... no six men, One torn clean in half, "P-Police, we have to call the police, we need the police and an ambulance, I... I...." Jane stammered shock in her quivering tone.

You turned to look at her, standing between two bodies "I need You, to wait here." sounding calm was nearly impossible, You tried to sound cool, authoritative, but the rampant fear kinda screwed that up "What are You gonna do, what if it's an animal, a dog or... a mountain lion, We need to call someone!?"

"-This isn't that." You said cutting her off, "Jane, just wait here and don't follow me." That one sounded a little better, "But..."

"-do not. follow me. Understand?" Okay, You were not sure where this was coming from now, Jane was crying now, tears streaming down her face "It's gonna be okay, alright, here." You reached into Your pocket, taking out Your phone and tossing it to her, she managed to catch it, though only just "Call the police, call whoever You want just... just stay there okay, everything will be okay, I promise."

This didn't even sound like You talking, it sounded like some do-gooder action hero, not Charlie Drake... not even the great and powerful Roman Drake, Jane pressed her lips together, nodding reluctantly, seeing Your weak smile as You left her behind, pressing on through the pool of blood and corpses that littered the Halls of Your Home.
