Student Transfer world

Student transfer is a ongoing game project, which could be found in TF Game Site. The game follows one of two possible paths where John found a Alien Remote Control, capable of altering mind, bodies and life of the ones it targets, or a Magic Spell Book from a long lost linage which leads John to an unpredictable world of possibilities.

This story takes place in a non canonical path, where both items are found by John.

Meet Circe, once a mischievous demon trying to mess with the first fool who dared to summon her from the underworld. Now she is imprisoned with her powers restrained, incapable of even maintaining a single form because her body was destroyed a long time ago. At this point, her essence in the form of a malicious yellow eye is summoned on a magic circle barely made.

“Shut up” John, her original summoner said “There is no time for your jokes Circe!”

This is John, the hero or the villain of this story, he can't tell these days. When he was younger he discovered that his ancestor was a powerful wizard, who wrote a magic book to be found for a worthy descendant. That was years ago, now being 27 he had mastered and developed his powers. His magic book beside him, after a long curse of events, remains only a few pages.

The demoness didn’t lose her sassy tone “Oh... And here I thought you would never lose your sense of humor, my 'master'...” She didn’t put any effort to mask the poison on her voice in that last statement.

But a redhead next to them was more than angry “ENOUGH!! I knew this was a waste of time” She was the only one who rejected the idea of summoning Circe “She will never…”

Now we have Katrina, the enthusiastic girlfriend of John, who after a series of... complicated events, ended up dating John as she deeply wanted. With a similar personality to Circe (less perverse of course), she unintentionally led John to found the magic book. Her curiosity and ideas were John's main influence to use the book.

Circe knew who she was"Never what? Clean the mess YOU Katrina Morgan caused? Or should I say Yui Yamashita..." If she had a mouth she would be devilish smirking at her "Ohh where are my manners... I believe we’ve never met in person..." She directed to the two persons next to Katrina and John.

The guy in the suit replied “The name is Kiyoshi Miss Circe... If it's a problem for you, I hope we could have a polite conversation, where you don't offend my friend here... She already had enough.”

Probably the one of them who has changed the most during the past years (remote or magic, no one is sure currently). Once a potential girl stalker, and now a well mannered guy, who has plenty of dreams which couldn't be fulfilled anymore. He tends to be optimistic most of the time, and always is there for John or J-Man as he called him.

Circe was delighting herself with the possibilities “Imagine the things I will do to you” Then she remembered the reason she was imprisoned “If that little mint haired girl didn't sacrif…”

But a new voice interrupted a commentary that would have caused more unnecessary yells "So, she can't lie to us right?"

Finally, this is Kyoko, the last resident of this room, the more practical of them. She might be a reserved woman who had a hard time expressing her feelings, but she was always honest when there was something related to them. She barely said something, and every time she actually does, all listen to her.

“Yes” Painful memories came back to John “I made sure of it, the night we…”

Kyoko interrupted again “No need to keep tormenting you John. Demon, will you do exactly as you are told, with no second interpretations of our words, with no surprises to us, right?”

Circe had been summoned by many people since she remembered, but no one was like Kyoko “Straight to the point!” Her surprise was genius, that girl Kyoko intrigued her “I would have loved you to summon me instead of that pity of sorcerer... Seriously? A potato?” No one laughed “Yeah yeah just like you said”

John asked "Then... Can you solve this mess? Can you save Claus? Her pow..." There was guilt in his voice, he rephrased "HIS powers aren't like mine".

Katrina tried to comfort him “John!” Her tone lowered “It's my fault!” She put her hand on his shoulder “Not yours…”

He grabbed her hand with his own, then turned back to Circe “Can you or..”

Circe simply answered “No.” So it all was for nothing? All of them thought that “Well, I can't do it the way you want, unless…” She took a moment to evaluate her possibilities. Then she playfully said “There is a way, buuuuut dear master you will need to make a great sacrifice…”

Katrina had enough “What else do you want from him!?”

“Everything” Circe limited to answer. Then she directed herself to Kiyoshi “I need that remote your friend has.”

Kiyoshi was curious “What for?”

Circe talked to John “Your friend's power is something beyond me, but do you remember what I said when we meet?” That brought John a lot of memories “Alter the fabric of reality has its limits…”

John knew exactly what she meant “Then you said that 'world-shaking changes require a lot of power'” He looked at the remote in Kiyoshi's hands” But if you mean this remote, it never lasted longer than a day.”

Circe asked “And how much power do you think it needed to do the things it did?”

Kiyoshi added “But the device is broken, we haven’t managed to repair it since it was damaged.”

Kyoko continued “The remote stopped working, no matter what Rachel and I tried to reactivate it” But there was something else about the remote “But, its batteries still emanate energy, not one we could use.”

The demoness insisted “But I can feel its power, it will work.”

Katrina was convinced “What exactly will work?”

“Like I said, the magic of your friend is different from mine, John's or whatever this remote is... But no matter the source, everything obeys the 'Reality Rules'. If I could taint them a bit, none of this will ever happen... I can rewrite history.”

John asked surprised, “A time reset?”

She thought for a moment “If you put it that way… Not exactly. More like a reboot.”

Without losing her calm Kyoko asked “What will it involve?”

Circe sounded serious, like she was deeply involved in explaining to them what was about to come “Your wish is to solve this mess right? The way you see it, it's all because of that magic book, my powers, that guy's power and the remote” For John it was like she was reading his mind “This wish is deeply connected to your point of view, so this implies getting rid of all of this. Your wish will create a new reality where none of this ever existed.”

John tried to imagine if this would be for worse or better, change everything he ever knew “That…”

Circe returned to her amused tone “Personally, I like what outside looks like right now.. I mean who doesn't like the view of the end of the world?”

Currently they were in Kyoko old house, where they could see the apocalypse outside caused by Claus.

“Do it.” Said John.

Katrina instantly reacted "John! We need to think more carefully about this.. I...." He suddenly kissed her.

“I know you felt that if it wasn't for the book you would never kiss me that day. But I also realized that moment that no matter which form I take, no matter who you think you are, I will always be there for you. This is bigger than us, and no matter what, I would fall in love with you every time I could.”

She hugged him. "John..."

Circe watched the love display before her “Lovely… I wanna puke.”

Kiyoshi knew there was more “How will this affect us, on a personal level?” Will this involve his old point of view of things? That he would become that image he had from himself back then?

Circe returned her explanation "It's hard to tell. The results will be unpredictable, but I assure you none of us will remember this entire world. What it used to be. It will be just an ordinary day for all. No exceptions" She remarked that "Will that be acceptable 'master'?"

John considered one more time, but instantly he said “Yes. How much time will it take?”

“5 days just casting the ritual.”

“We don't have that time” Kiyoshi said “The poor Izuna is gathering us all the time she could. We only have minutes.”

Kyoko questioned her, in her monotonous tone “John said you only needed a few seconds to grant a wish, why is this different?”

“He is not asking for a bit of water or a bigger dick” She sounded almost insulted by the question “Also if you haven't noticed, I lack a physical body.”

None of them knew much about demonic logic or rules, but Katrina had an idea of how to help their cause “And how much will it take you to finish it, if you had one?”

“Seconds. If one of you voluntarily offers me your own… I can possess them and do it that easily.”

No one liked the idea, but they knew they would have to pay some prize to solve this mess. But John had another concern “How would you do it? Even if I set you free, your magic is sealed” It was an extra measure John did in case Circe managed to escape.

Circe loved the feeling of knowing something John did not “Sweet magician… You see, you didn’t exactly sealed my power, you conditioned it” She made a pause “Remember your last command 'You can't use your demonic powers unless I...'” She stopped there.

He remembered that part “I order you to do so..”

It wasn’t just that one of them would lose everything, John will be the one who makes them lose it. Katrina made up her mind “Then say it John, let her take my b…”

But she was abruptly interrupted by Kyoko "Use mine"

“Kyoko!!” Katrina got broken inside “No John!” Her best friend wasn’t going to lose everything for Katrina's stupidity, she couldn’t lose her too. She supplicantly grabbed John jacket “The demon was right! I caused this mess, none of this would ever happen if I...

"Kat..." He put his hand on her shoulder "I'm the one who did all this, it is not your fault... Kyoko, why did you...?"

She just explained "It's simple. You said before the demon manages to manipulate someone through their feelings and emotions. You and Kat blame themselves for all of this, something I believe the demon can easily take advantage of. Kiyoshi has found his inner peace with the guy he was and the man he became, so you both would feel bad if try to take that from him" Was hard to find a contradiction to her logic, all knew she was right "Finally, since the remote incident, I'm incapable of feel anything. That gives me the high ground here. You know I'm right".

What exactly could he say? "You.." He cleared his thoughts "I hate to say it... You are right"

Katrina went to hug her friend "Kyoko… It's not fair..."

“It's not supposed to be, it's just logic.” She sighed as she hugged her back “That's what I am now.” She released her “Besides, if this work with a reboot logic, it won't matter”

Kiyoshi and Kyoko developed a singular friendship through the past years. Not only of shared interest, there was a camaraderie between them that was different from everyone else "Kyoko..." He said as he hugged her too.

Kyoko never showed a sign of any kind of emotion, so in a robotic tone she said “I appreciate guys, but we don't have time.”

“Finally, more of that cheap friendship and I would…”

“Shut up,” John said.

“Fine!” When they all were ready “Just do it... Order me and this will end, master…”

Kyoko stepped in, close to the singularity where Circe’s soul was trapped, theen John said “This won't be a goodbye, I'm not sure how, but we will be the same no matter what.”

"We shall see" Kyoko said, and surprisingly smiled "This will work".

John focused on the seal that trapped Circe “Demon Circe... I order you to take Kyoko's body and grant my wish!”

The circle below started to glow, as it seemed to be collapsing, letting the essence of the demon get free. Circe first ran in every direction, as the circle disappeared and some kind of smoke violently went down through Kyoko mouth. The three of them were horrified, her friend was going to suffer this and they could do nothing to stop it. Finally all the smoke that once was Circe entered Kyoko's body.

Katrina yelled "Kyoko!"

Her friend collapsed on the floor, and suddenly she opened her eyes.. Now with a deep and dark yellow color "Oh.. Ahg! What?" She got up "This.. She was right.. Can't feel.. It's so weird...".

John said "You have her body... Now do it!" Tears were running below his eyes.

"As you wish... Give me the remote" Kiyoshi gave it to her "Time flows differently in that prison you gave me... One day here means 64 years there. All that time, I was concentrating my power, saving for the day you set me free... To kill you all and your beloved ones..." Everyone felt she was about to betray them, but then she said "None of that matters now... That power I stored and the weird energies this thing emits should be enough..."

“Circe you…” John wasn’t sure what he wanted to say.

“I will release my power and this thing will react to it. Then you will have to tell me your wish exactly when I tell you to. If you take too much time, the power will destroy my current body. Got it?”

“Got it.”

“Now, place the last pages of your book around me, it will be the last time you will have access to your powers.” The three of them did what they were told, until a new circle was formed around her.

Circe closed her eyes and began to talk in a strange language, some kind of verses. After a moment a dark aura flowed through her back and pointed to the remote. Her eyes became red as she began to tremble. The remote reacted to the invasive **** as it released a blue energy barrier which was fighting the demonic power. The massive amount of power was collapsing as the barrier was broken. Then the remote revealed its power as it was releasing it in every direction. John cast a barrier between them to protect his friends, but it didn't work. Everything was bright, John couldn't see anything as the collapsing forces made Katrina's body disappear. The energy began to flow inside Kyoko's body, invading it as it were reaching Kyoko possessed head. Kiyoshi's body collapsed on the floor as it disappeared too.

“NOW!!”

“I wish for you to solve this mess!! To make it right! correct my mistakes!!!!!”

Circe screamed "AHHHH!!!!" John's body dissipated too. Even a demon as powerful as her could feel the pain that power through her meant. Circe was about to lose her sanity but Kyoko’s soul wasn’t giving up yet. Circe felt the girl's influence pushing her "I… WE can do this!!.... JOHN!!!!"

Both energies started to synchronize and take shape. The old remote and the last pages remained beginning to get closer as the glowed once more letting only Circe to witness the new form it was taking.

"A necklace?" She extended her hand to take it but then...

Everything went white.
