A sound at the door.
Waiting, her muscles trembling, Jade hears a soft creak from the building's door. She freezes in place as best she can, but she knows she can't remain without moving much longer.
Jade even holds her breath, trying to listen, though all she can hear is her own pulse in her ears as her heart races.
A second later, she hears the door click shut. Almost instantly, she falls flat on her naked ass on the cool floor. Worried that whoever was just at the door, she looks straight at the door, frozen in place as she waits to see if it opens again.
