Making some more wishes

"But I'm not sure what. I think I want to actually talk to her before I try any wishes or anything." Of course he 'remembered' talking and fighting besides Joyce in the last year and a half but he wanted to actually experience it. Plus it was his fault she was a Slayer now so she was his responsibility. All those Slayers new Slayers were his responsibility. "You know I just realized Faith didn't call me master the first time around."

"I bet you just rocked her world more than she wanted to admit though. And by the way, part of the reason Joyce is more concerned about her sex life is that Faith's hungry and horny thing is real."

"I can hope with Faith. And I can help you with that problem."

"Why don't we have a pool party this weekend? I'm planning to wish my parents on a long slow cruise so I don't have to see them for a while, after they stuff with the IRS."

"You do realize that never happened now?" Anya asked. "And by the way, don't feel to bad for making Cordelia a Slayer. That wish just activated the girls who could be. I think they call them Potentials these days. They used to call them Slayers-in-waiting. No one knows much about them, but we know they exist and they're a set group."

"Sure, but that's why this works. They don't deserve to have me take this out on them, but I don't have to just pretend I never dealt with knowing we were going to lose everything."

"I guess that makes sense," Xander said. "Okay, more wishes. So multiple slayers saved Kendra but not Miss Calendar. So, I wish we had saved Jenny Calendar from Angelus."

New memories popped up where while upset with her for not being honest about her past and why she was in Sunnydale but with his extra strength he'd taken more responsibility and so he'd listened to her when she'd explained what she was planning and he and Cordy had played bodyguard to her. Angelus had been able to screw up the first attempt at translating the spell but she and Willow had worked together to get it done. Then the plan was Jenny, Giles and Willow would attempt the spell, but according to both of them Willow had simply taken things over without even trying and done it herself.

Angel had left town shortly thereafter

And speaking of Willow. "I wish Willow and Oz would fix their relationship in a way that left everyone happy." Hopefully that would fix things up in their favor more than his.

Faith and Buffy entered the Summers home and headed for the fridge.

"You wanna give your master a call and let him know we're safe?"

"You gonna keep ragging on me B? You sure keep harping on this master thing. Master, master master. You think it's that funny? Or maybe you just like saying it? Saying master just feel right in your mouth?"

Buffy scowled but it came off as a pout. "Why? Is that how it feels to you?"

"Buffy, Faith? If that you?" Joyce came down the stairs "Sorry I couldn't join you tonight."

"Work stuff, we get it Mom."

"Don't worry Joycie, I'm sure there's some left for you next patrol." Joyce had told Faith to drop the Mrs. S stuff shortly after they first fought alongside each other but Faith simply could not call people by their real names.

"I heard you all saying Master quite a few times. Wasn't that the vampire that..... killed Buffy? Is he back?"

"No, Mom. The Master is still dust in the wind. Faith just had a little slip of the tongue during her last tryst. With Xander."

"Oh, my. That young man is getting himself quite a harem. First Cordelia, then Willow, now you."

"Hey, we're not going anywhere. And I think him and Queen C are still on the outs."

"I think they can fix things up."
