Another explanation and surprises.

After explaining the series of events again, this time to the archivist. he said there was no issue with my actions and after the mark was applied I would be able to find out exactly what and who I now owned. The mark as it turns out took a bit over 3 hours to apply and provided something like an instant memory back up and replay for everything related to the person. normally you'd think thats a pretty good thing but when you've just come into possession of a significant number of assets and even more authorities the headache it caused hurt like hell.

When I focused my attention on a particular aspect of the list I was given a very detailed breakdown on type, ages, when they were acquired and other more detailed info depending on what exactly I put my attention on.

After I managed to stop my brain melting with too much info I looked at my new mark and was entirely not surprised to see a very obvious and also very annoying stylized number ten on the back of my right hand in what appeared to be some kind of purple ink.
