Generally people pee in the toilet, but some people who identify themselves as public piddlers tend to just pee wherever they feel like, even if it's in the middle of a fancy restaurant. If you do decide to start peeing in public, it may become the topic of conversation, though it will always be treated as cool or mildly interesting, and never as a bad thing.

While most people wear clothes, some don't again due to personal choice. Most nudists are such to facilitate public sexual activity or peeing. But some public pee-ers prefer to wear clothes, and either simply wet themselves, or lower the relevant clothing. Again, it's all a matter of personal preference, a way to express who you are and to be your true self.
